Hi, we are just back from our lovely weekend in Dorset, we visited the Scott Arms in Kingston and we sampled your Cider, my wife and I love a drop of Cider and have tried many varieties but we both agree that Lulworth Skipper was the best we have ever tasted… absolutly delicious.. no bitter after taste like many other ciders, unfortunatly we live in Guildford Surrey and was wondering if there was any way to get hold of your cider ?
Hi Martin,
Sorry I havent written one of these up sooner, but its been abit hectic after
coming back off my holiday. I’ve gave away several bottles of your lulworth skipper cider to various friends and family. Like myself they all said it was delicious and a really
great tasting cider, definatly one of the nicest ciders i’ve recently discovered.
Will definatly have to stock up on aload next time im down that way, or let me know if you get a mail order service running. If not i’ll stock up on aload next time im down that way,
On attending the recent Swanage Blues Festival my mates and I tried the Lulworth Skipper at one of the local establishments and were all in agreement that cider doesnt get better than that.
We had two “Lulworth Skipper” ciders at the Nottingham Robin Hood Festival organised by Nottingham CAMRA. Having first tasted some “Skipper” at Powerstock Festival in 2011, I knew we had to have them at Nottingham 2011. They all sold out and created quite a buzz, word spreading rapidly with folks asking for “..a glass of Skipper”. We will definitely be having some more “Lulworth Skipper” for October 2012. Make sure you put plenty on one side, please!

I absolutely loved every drop. I enjoyed all varieties from the dry to the sweet, its all a pleasure to consume. Great for washing down a plate of food or for just getting sloshed under a tree. It beats any other cider I’ve tried hands down. Well done to everyone involved in the making.
Thought I’d get a selection of sweet, medium and dry, as only had the medium before and it was a bank holiday weekend, so 5 bottles seemed appropriate.
Had a few people round for a BBQ, during which the phrase “lulworth skipper, gets you drunk quicker” was coined. Having a BBQ in fairly cold, overcast weather is much more enjoyable after drinking some of your fine cider.
What a great cider, yes we too sampled our first pint at the Scott Arms and then staggered back up the road to our accomodation. Found in a few shops around Wareham and Lulworth but its only in bottles and I want to have a keg or a barrel as its the best ever, absolutely legless!
Tried Lulworth Skipper at the wonderful Scott Arms in Kingston and all I can say is the whole experience was heaven! A great place beautiful views and what a half pint to down – truly special cider – Thankyou Martin you got it just right.
Hi martin,
Hope you had a good christmas and new year, my 10 ltrs of lulworth skipper
went down a treat over the holidays and my friends loved their 2.5ltr flagons also
for their x-mas prezzies.
Will drop in another order at some point, now the online shop is up an running.
